How does pay-as-you-go billing work?
You add funds to your account balance (any amount from $5 to $500). Each API request deducts a small USD amount based on the tokens processed, pages analyzed, or images retrieved. You only pay for what you use.
How are tokens counted?
We use a standard token approximation (~4 characters per token) consistent with the cl100k_base encoding. Token counts are shown in your usage dashboard and API response headers.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional features that can be enabled per-request. For example, enabling 'LLM Refinement' on the Redaction service adds $10.00/1M tokens on top of the base $1.50/1M rate. You only pay for add-ons when you use them.
Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance never expires. Add funds when you need them and use them at your own pace.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Available payment methods may vary by region.
Can I set up automatic top-up?
